Full Deep Tissue Face Massage you should make one time per week, approximately 1 hour.

  Massages for chewing muscles you should make daily.

  For your problem areas, choose 2-3 areas for example, (the forehead, nose, double chin) or (eyes, cheeks, and neck ) and massage 2-3 times per week.

Face yoga exercises you can repeat  3-5 times per week.

Back posture and neck exercises daily.

Mewing technique daily, starting from 10-15 min a day till 24 hours.

First log in and then click on settings, after clicking billing info, you will see active subscriptions for the Face Revival program, press three dots and choose the option Cancel this subscription, click again Cancel subscription and you are all done. If you want to change the subscription package for example you purchased 3 months and would like to purchase the 12-month (yearly) package, wait for 3 months to expire and cancel it before it expires, and then go for the purchase of 12 months.
