FACE REVIVAL METHOD™ PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT & TERMS
Effective Date: August 2026
This Enrollment Agreement & Terms (“Agreement”) governs enrollment in and participation in the Face Revival Method™ Professional Certification Program (“Program”).
By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, the purchaser and participant (“Student”) acknowledges that the Student has had an opportunity to review, has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Enrollment provides the Student with access to the Face Revival Method™ Professional Certification Program, subject to this Agreement, the Program requirements, and successful payment of the applicable tuition.
Enrollment is personal to the Student and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or resold.
Program access begins on the date communicated by Face Revival Method™ to the Student.
2. TUITION AND PAYMENT
The tuition displayed at checkout is the tuition applicable to the Student's enrollment unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Payment must be made through an approved payment method or approved third-party financing provider.
If the Student elects to use a third-party financing provider, financing approval, repayment obligations, interest, fees, and other financing terms are governed by the Student's separate agreement with that provider.
3. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because the Program includes proprietary digital educational materials, professional training content, specialized instruction, and access to Program resources, tuition and Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The Student acknowledges and accepts this policy before completing the purchase.
Failure to participate in the Program, complete coursework, attend available training, use Program resources, satisfy certification requirements, or obtain certification does not by itself create a right to a refund.
4. PROGRAM ACCESS
Payment secures the Student's enrollment in the applicable Program or cohort.
Program access may begin on an announced future start date even if payment is completed before that date.
Program modules, lessons, resources, assessments, and other components may be released according to the Program schedule.
The Student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Student's login credentials.
Program access may not be shared with any other individual.
5. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Purchase of the Program does not automatically guarantee certification.
To receive certification, the Student must satisfactorily complete the certification requirements established for the Program, which may include coursework, required lessons, practical work, assignments, assessments, case studies, demonstrations, attendance requirements, or other stated requirements.
Face Revival Method™ reserves the right to determine whether a Student has satisfactorily completed the published certification requirements.
6. CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER STATUS
A Student who successfully completes all certification requirements may identify themselves as having completed the Face Revival Method™ Professional Certification only in a manner authorized by Face Revival Method™.
Certification does not transfer ownership of Face Revival Method™, the Program, its curriculum, educational materials, branding, intellectual property, or proprietary content to the Student.
Certification does not make the Student an owner, partner, employee, representative, franchisee, instructor, master trainer, licensor, agent, or certifying authority of Face Revival Method™.
7. NO AUTHORITY TO TEACH OR CERTIFY OTHERS
Unless separately and expressly authorized in writing by Face Revival Method™, practitioner certification does not authorize the Student to:
- teach or reproduce the Face Revival Method™ certification curriculum as a certification or training program;
- issue Face Revival Method™ certifications or certificates to others;
- represent themselves as an authorized Face Revival Method™ instructor, trainer, certifier, school, or certification provider;
- sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially provide protected Program materials to third parties;
- grant others permission to use Face Revival Method™ branding; or
- represent that the Student owns or controls Face Revival Method™ or its certification program.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All right, title, and interest in original Program materials remain with their respective owner(s).
Protected Program materials may include, as applicable, original:
- videos and audiovisual recordings;
- photographs and graphics;
- manuals and written lessons;
- PDFs and worksheets;
- presentations and educational resources;
- demonstrations and recorded instruction;
- written descriptions and educational explanations;
- course text and original written content; and
- other original copyrightable materials provided through the Program.
Enrollment does not constitute a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership of these materials.
The Student receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use Program materials for the Student's own education and professional development, subject to this Agreement.
Except as expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, the Student may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, publicly display, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit protected Program materials.
The Student may not use protected Program materials to create or distribute an unauthorized course, certification program, training manual, membership, digital product, or other educational product substantially reproducing protected Program content.
Nothing in this Agreement claims copyright protection over ideas, facts, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, concepts, principles, or discoveries to the extent those matters are excluded from copyright protection under applicable law.
This distinction is intentional: the U.S. Copyright Office confirms that copyright protects original works of authorship and their expression, while ideas, procedures, processes, systems, and methods of operation themselves are not protected by copyright.
9. RECORDING, COPYING AND ACCOUNT SHARING
Except where Face Revival Method™ expressly authorizes a particular download or copy, the Student may not:
- screen-record Program videos or lessons;
- audio-record Program instruction;
- reproduce or photograph protected course materials for redistribution;
- upload protected materials to another platform, website, social-media account, group, cloud folder, membership, or file-sharing service;
- distribute protected materials to employees, colleagues, clients, students, contractors, or other third parties; or
- provide another person with the Student's Program login credentials or account access.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived or prohibited under applicable law.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONPUBLIC PROGRAM INFORMATION
The Program may include information or materials that are not publicly available.
“Confidential Information” under this Agreement means nonpublic information disclosed through the Program that Face Revival Method™ expressly identifies as confidential or that, under the circumstances of disclosure, a reasonable person would understand to be confidential.
Confidential Information may include nonpublic business materials, internal educational resources, unreleased Program content, private training materials, internal certification materials, and other nonpublic information provided to the Student in confidence.
The Student agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the purposes for which it is provided and not to disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
Confidential Information does not include information that the Student can demonstrate:
- was lawfully known to the Student without a duty of confidentiality before disclosure;
- becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement by the Student;
- is lawfully received from a third party without a confidentiality obligation;
- is independently developed without use of the Confidential Information; or
- must be disclosed pursuant to applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit a disclosure that cannot lawfully be restricted.
11. FACE REVIVAL METHOD™ NAME AND BRANDING
Enrollment and certification do not transfer ownership of the Face Revival Method™ name, logos, designs, branding, course names, or other source-identifying materials.
A certified practitioner may describe their legitimate training or certification only in a manner authorized by Face Revival Method™ and consistent with applicable branding guidelines.
The Student may not use Face Revival Method™ branding in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, sponsorship, partnership, instructor status, certification authority, or other authorization that has not actually been granted.
Any broader commercial use of Face Revival Method™ branding requires prior written authorization.
12. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SCOPE OF PRACTICE
The Program provides professional education and training. It does not itself grant a governmental or professional license.
Each Student is responsible for determining and complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, scope-of-practice rules, contraindications, sanitation requirements, insurance requirements, and other obligations applicable to the Student's profession, services, clients, and jurisdiction.
Certification does not authorize a Student to perform a service that the Student is otherwise legally prohibited or professionally unqualified to perform.
13. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Program instruction is provided for professional education and development.
No particular business, financial, professional, client, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Individual results may vary based on factors including the Student's qualifications, training, experience, implementation, professional judgment, client circumstances, and compliance with applicable professional standards.
14. STUDENT CONDUCT AND ACCESS
Face Revival Method™ may suspend or terminate Program access for a material violation of this Agreement, including unauthorized account sharing, intentional unauthorized distribution of protected Program materials, fraudulent activity, unauthorized certification activity, or serious misuse of Face Revival Method™ branding.
Any suspension or termination will remain subject to applicable law and the terms of this Agreement.
Termination of access does not transfer ownership of Program materials or eliminate obligations concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, unauthorized distribution, or branding that by their nature survive termination.
15. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
By affirmatively selecting the required agreement checkbox and completing the purchase, the Student indicates acceptance of this Agreement.
The Student is encouraged to retain a copy of the Agreement for their records.
16. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The version of this Agreement accepted by the Student at the time of purchase governs that enrollment transaction.
Face Revival Method™ may revise its terms prospectively for future enrollments.
Posting a later version does not, by itself, retroactively replace the version accepted by an existing Student except as permitted by applicable law or subsequently agreed by the parties.
17. SEVERABILITY
If a provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with any terms expressly incorporated into it or expressly presented and accepted as part of the applicable checkout transaction, constitutes the agreement governing the Student's enrollment in the Program, except for any separate written agreement validly entered into by the parties.
